Vehicles such as cars, trucks and tractors no longer need conventional wiring harnesses; in logistics, conveyor belts and forklifts connect wirelessly to goods inwards and outwards. It is a giant leap in innovation: planners, designers, engineers and architects gain the freedom to realise entirely new concepts — and to reorganise the relationship between people, nature and technology.
